Mackerel cooked with miso

Ingredients (4 servings)
Mackerel fillets 4piece
Ginger A piece
Water 100cc
Sake 50cc
Sweet cooking rice wine 3 tbsp
Sugar 3 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Miso 3 tbsp

1 Put boiling water on the both sides of mackerels.
2 Slice the ginger.
3 Put all seasonings in the pun and add mackerels and ginger by medium fire with a lid.
4 Keep it for 10 minutes.

Sisig Bangus/Milkfish







The milkfish is an unofficial national symbol of the Philippines, where it is called by the Tagalog name bangus.
